Hello,

 

I’ve released a new version of OpenBiomind-GUI at http://muriloq.com/openbiomind. The source code is available in r51 (changes at http://code.google.com/p/openbiomind-gui/source/detail?r=51). The build is available for following platforms:

Following is an update on the features in this release:

1.       Implemented the CompletePipeline task

a.       Now, all the tasks are available

2.       Updated to support multiple operating systems (in testing)

3.       Image editor is not enabled to open external files

4.       Input files and output files are created in two separated folders

a.       Some of the files will be appended with a .tab extension if they are not already .tab files

5.       Now, once a file or directory is selected using the Browse button, the cursor is placed at the end of the text box

6.       ExecutedTasks view is now called Results view

a.       Added a description and icon for the view
