BEL1 to BEL2 migration script?

Hi all,
Was a BEL1 to BEL2 migration script ever built? or tooling to support that? I can't find it in the codebase.

PyBEL can do that from the command line with python3 -m pybel convert --path old.bel --bel new.bel but unfortunately it doesn't preserve the ordering of the script and it becomes much more verbose since it expands all list annotations
