Intranet Windows 2012 server without Internet access

My name is Alfredo Sánchez Alvarez, I work for Banco Santander as a programmer in the Training area and we are trying to generate an instance of BadgeKit, both of the WEB and the API.

Our server is a Windows Server 2012 that is located on the bank's intranet, therefore, it does not have access to the Internet for security reasons, as it is a financial entity.

As it does not have Internet access, I have not been able to install the instance through the tools provided by GitHub.

Is there any way to install it on my server that does not have Internet access?

Can I install BadgeKit API and BadgeKit on a server that does not have access to the Internet?

And supposing that it can be installed, will it be able to operate without problems to issue Open badges?

I will greatly appreciate your kind response.
