Image quality of the badge

Hello, I am trying to publish a custom 200x200 .png file (that I uploaded to Blackboard's achievements) from Blackboard to Mozilla Backpack. I can get it to appear in Backpack, but the image quality is absolutely terrible, pixelated, etc. and does not look anywhere as good as the original .png file.

What could the problem be?
