Hi all, I've worked on my OpenAIR parser lately and it is beginning to reach high quality.
I want to upload some countries airspace data but something struck me.
In our tags we have
airspace:class eg. C
airspace:type eg. CTR

Openair only supports one "class" field for airspaces
Somtimes the "class" is given as CTR, sometimes as C etc.

What I am wondering on is mainly how our rendering reads the two tags and
what is required for an airspace to be rendered? I guess Ákos is the right one to answer this.

Have a nice day! - Morten

Class should be a letter from A to G. class=ctr isn't correct; in South Africa you could probably assume that CTR and TMA are class C, but that won't necessarily apply to other locations.

Airspace type more-or-less defines the type of service provided by ATC (tower, FIS, area etc). Class defines to what extent it is provided and what traffic is allowed. I'll see if I can find you a nice document somewhere.
