Dear Open Aviation Map list members,

After having spent quite some effort on OAM through the last year, I'd like to urge everyone on actively collaborating on this project.

Very simply put, if we don't spend time on it - no progress will be made.

or rather: if YOU don't spend time on it - no progress will be made.


I understand spare time is limited for each of us, but still, it can add up.

the specific tasks we need to solve:

• data entry
• a web-based data entry tool
• nicer rendering (maybe MapCSS?)

nice to have:

• advanced tools:
• WebGL
• AR on mobile devices
  

I'd urge everyone to identify a field, and see how can he contribute.

since I cant code I would like to do data entry. Any easy way to do this so I can start? I see no way to add manual input. mainly navaids, airports, fixes and thresholds
