SkySafari 6 for iOS was released recently by Simulation Curriculum Corporation. It includes support for exporting observations to OAL 2.1 format. The capability lies within the LiveSky online service which is used to store and synchronize user data for SkySafari.
I have taken the liberty of adding SkySafari 6 + LiveSky to the list of OAL standard compliant applications.
