All,

I added a bullet to the compliance document referring to the fact that
a product isn't required to support target lists within an OAL
document to be compliant with the standard. Please comment if the
statement needs to be clarified or expanded.
Thanks!

Hi all,

I have uploaded the "OAL Schema compliance.xls" file. It documents the
schema compliance of Eye&Telescope 3.1.

Would be great if we could collect the other app's compliance info in
this sheet, too.

Hi Tom,

I've updated the compliance file for DeepskyLog. Can you put the updated
version on the website. I don't think I can upload to the site.

Cheers,

Wim

Tom et al,

I am working on my part of the compliance spreadsheet for Deep-Sky
Planner and I noticed there is no mention of the observationType child
elements begin, end, faintestStar, sky-quality, or seeing. I would put
these in above findingsType but I wanted to ask about their omission
first. Did you intend to leave these out?

If you want me to add these I can. I will be testing a bit further
before I am ready to check in my changes.

My best to everyone,
- Phyllis

Hi all,

Phyllis mentioned some missing child elements, but I hardly could
believe that we missed the observationType as a whole.

Now this is fixed and the observationType comes right in the first
place, according to its importance. I filled in the compliance info
for E&T and suggest that you complete the sheet for your programs.

Best wishes,
Tom
