About getting jtag adapter for HTC G1

Hi,

Somehow, I installed wrong combination of radio version and boot
loader version on
HTC G1 and now it is not even going to boot loader. XDA says only
option is to use JTAG. I have been searching around for good jtag
solution which can work with HTC G1 and if possible, for more other
boards. I do not want to buy JTAG solution and find later that it
does not work with HTC G1. Please suggest me options.
