Have you ever tried to make openaps on M5?

It looks like the M5 runs Arduino and MicroPython. To run OpenAPS, it would have to run a full Linux OS like the Raspberry Pi does. You also need some form of 900MHz radio that can be programmed to speak to the pump with its proprietary OOK protocol.
