APT: Unable to locate package openalpr

Hello,
I followed the install instructions for Ubuntu Server 14.04.1 x64 from: https://github.com/openalpr/openalpr#binaries and everything went ok.
But when I try to install openalpr from the repos, it throws an error:
root@alpr:~# apt-get install openalpr openalpr-daemon openalpr-utils libopenalpr-dev

E: Unable to locate package openalpr
E: Unable to locate package openalpr-daemon
