OQL rollout timeline

Hi all, 

Here's the updated timeline for rollout the new OQL feature. This includes changes to the basic search, the advanced search, and of course the new OQL input.

Mid-August: the OQL feature set will become the default--but you'll still be able to access the legacy interface by flipping a switch on https://openalex.org/settings/labs. 

October: the legacy interface will go away entirely. 

We've gotten great feedback so far on the new feature...keep it coming!
