OpenAlex API issues due to Cloudflare outage

Hi All,

The OpenAlex API has been up and down for the past couple of hours due to ongoing global issues with Cloudflare, which hosts a main portion of the API. The status is here: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/

We're aware of the problem and are keeping an eye on it!
