New user interface!

Hi all,

We just shipped a new version of the OpenAlex webapp, with lots of great new features:

• save searches and set alerts

• filter by topics, subfields, fields, and domains

• see more data pages on pages for works, authors, etc

• view pages for SDGs, work types, countries, and more

• create filters faster with better search bar
