newest UI changes

Hi all! Here's a quick list of this week's UI improvements:

• There's tabs (early but will improve and eventually lead to saved searches and notifications)

• You can share via URL or QR code

• bugfixes

• The API and CSV links in the reports panel works

• filters

• New sleeker interface

• When you add a new “select” filter (like author or institution, something with many values) you can now see the counts of results in this particular filterset, as you type.

• There's clearer labeling of AND vs OR combination strategies

• report 

• There are new visualizations (donut, graph)

• We changed name to “report”

• New button to restore default widget set

• You can edit filters from here

• You can view more results per widget

• You can export all widgets as csv at once
