Work type overhaul & our newest team member

Dear OpenAlex Users,

We're excited to announce a new team member! Rohan Mantena had been working on contract with us on the awards project, and he has now joined us in a fulltime role as a Software and Data Engineer.

We saved the introduction for today, because his first big project went live in the OpenAlex API this morning: an overhaul of our work type classification system.
