Upcoming metadata and schema changes

Dear OpenAlex community,
This is an advanced warning message about two upcoming changes to the OpenAlex metadata that we are planning:
`x_concepts` will be removed sometime in the coming weeks
works' `keywords` data will change within the next week or two
These changes, once made, will be seen in the API data, data exports, and the data snapshots.
Goodbye to x_conceptsThe metadata for Authors, Sources, Publishers, and Institutions has a field called x_concepts (for example: https://docs.openalex.org/api-entities/authors/author-object#x_concepts). We announced a while ago that this field would be deprecated and removed. Sometime within the next few weeks, we will be completely removing it from all of those entities. We will be introducing new fields instead with top Topics.
Changes to Work.keywords
We have been developing a new way of labeling works with keywords that are based on our new Topics. Soon (within the next week or two), we will be replacing the current Work.keywords with these new keywords. Please stay tuned for more information about these.
