Abstract contents in OpenAlex

Dear readers,

I was wondering about the exact contents of the abstract field in OpenAlex. From the "Abstract Inverted Index" in the API I have recreated the abstract but in some cases I find that this abstract is not the abstract as submitted to the publisher but in some cases its just the first x characters of the PDF contents (which could also contain multiple sections /paragraphs but without the section headers). Is there a way to detect "real" (as submitted) abstracts in the OpenAlex API.
