New topic keywords not available?

Hi everyone,

tldr: The keywords associated with works in both API and snapshot do not seem to be related to the described topic keywords. Rather, they purely seem to be based on the old concepts. Have the new topics keywords actually been implemented in production yet? Or is the provided github code thought as a self-service?

I recently started working with the new topic keywords, which are perfect for the data analysis our team plans to do. However, after ingesting the latest snapshot into our database, I realized that the description on the related help page does not seem to fit - none of the works I sampled have the described five keywords and there is no cutoff at a score of 0.5 (shown in the supposed github code).

I read in an older post that concepts and the new topic keywords are (used to be?) combined in the /keywords API endpoint, but this does not seem to be true - the ~65000 keywords there do barely overlap with the ~27000 unique topic keywords that can be found via the /topics API endpoint. The same is true in the snapshot.

Does anybody know more regarding the state of the topic keywords? They would be an extremely helpful addition when provided as described.
