duplicate results when searching on organization

Since this weekend I am getting duplicate results from the api when searching for my organizations:

https://api.openalex.org/works?filter=institutions.ror:https://ror.org/012p63287|https://ror.org/03cv38k47&per_page=100&cursor=*

This gives me a result that has https://openalex.org/W2139621750 twice. Not that big of a problem, but I noticed it since I'm loading to a database that started complaining about upserts. I would assume the api would only give a result once.
