GUI inconsistencies

I've been promoting OpenAlex use for years and the query I use to demonstrate is the famous: 

         whales AND NOT killer, 

which gives me more than 50k results. When I add the SDG filter Life below water OpenAlex returns around 3K results, but when I get rid of the SDG filter (i.e. only whales AND NOT killer remains) , the results are around 4k. They should be back to 50k results. 

Is there something wrong, isn't it?

I'm also realising that the famous simon fraser query does not give anymore the suggestions that I was used to get. 

When I type simon, a list of objects is suggested, including Simon Fraser University. But when I type Simon Fraser, only the abstract and title search is suggested, excluding the Institution search.
