Where can I find how to read the integer values for

, etc?

please see the official API documentation. For each endpoint, you have a example. ABove example, there is a link to each "schema". All enum values are documented there.

I'm still confused.  

I see what's below, but not a schema for Airport with its documentation.

Returns a list of airports.

Endpoint to create an RFC for a new airport
