help on incoming call management

I'm new to OpenACD, and I'm trying to figure out how to hangup an
incoming call.

I wish to setup a time out for a call to be in a queue. I guess that's
something to be done into the recipes but i don't know how.

One of the recipe actions is 'End Call'.  This will hang up the media.  The condition should be 'Tick Interval', a 'tick' being 1 second.  'Run Once' or 'Run Many' doesn't matter, as the call will no longer exist once it is run.
