Get state of PSTN

Hi!

I'm trying to write some new module to openACD, however I have problem
finding the places where the state is communicated to/from SipX ie.
agent(post) loggedin/ calling etc. To be more specific, I would like
to be able to invoke correct module functions that communicates with
SipX. What is more, I cannot understand in what way the www UI
communicates with erlang modules, freeswitch and SipX, how is the
information sent?

Hope will get some enlightenment soon, as needs it really badly...
