The next batch of changes has brought with it the following features/
changes in the freeswitch media type. These changes will be merged
into v2dev in the coming month.

* Hold
* Conference
* Blind Transfer
* Warm Transfer deprecated as conference can do the exact flow warm
transfer did.
* Media can do custom CDR entries

The built in Web UI has been updated to expose those options. The web
widget will work still, and the protobufs for the tcp connection have
also been updated.

Note that conference requires mod_conference to be enabled on
freeswitch. It's usually enabled by default. There's no
configuration needed.

As usual, I'll be around for bug fixes, feature requests, and angry
rants :)
