OpenACD Setup Help..

Dear All,

I am Very New to OpenACD and Freeswitch , I am trying to install and OpenACD and Freeswtich.

According to the Wiki of OpenACD i have installed erlang from source, but still while install OpenACD i am getting below error.

I'm having some trouble replicating your issue.  I've done a clean clone of OpenACD.  To compile, I did:

./rebar get-deps compile generate

The entire process succeeds, and ./devboot is able to start.

What's the exact command you used to build OpenACD, and do you know which version of erlang you are using?

Hi Micah,

First of all Thanks for replying and give some time to resolve my issue,

We I have downloaded git as mentioned in the documentation, I can see the erlang is "Erlang R15B02 (erts-5.9.2)".

and after that i download the git clone of OpenACD and executed the command

./rebar get-deps compile generate

Hi Chetan,

Might be a little late. But there was a duplicate entry under rel/reltool.config that might have been causing your problems. This has been addressed.

I had the same thing. Then the updated debian squeeze to wheezy and stood normal.

Version of the Erlang-Erlang R14B03 (erts-5.8.4).
