Routing Methods

The wiki states there are four metrics to routing and I understand 3 of the 4.  I would like to test and verify if it is still functioning or not, but require some clarification to how it should work.

The specific portion is the search list, referenced in the openACD github wiki as How-Routing-Works: " Agents are sorted according to how recently they were put at the top of search list". 

1. Is the search list a single list of Agents, or separated lists based on complex skills the media in queue?
2. Would going Available and Released be the only things to add or remove someone from the search list?
3. If not what events cause an Agent to be put at the top of the search list or removed from it?
