Has anyone identified a case for the OpenAC1?

I’m thinking something transparent would work.
Perhaps with mounting for a keyboard and/or a flat panel monitor.

I’m fine with drilling holes etc, but I’m not setup for 3D printing.

Thx for any pointers / suggestions.

The simplest style of case - if you call it that - for a system such as the OpenAC1 consists of two pieces of 3mm thick acrylic, and the PCB is sandwiched in the middle. The screw holes in the corners are used with spacers to mount the top part (clear) and the bottom part (not necessarily clear). Side parts can be added if required, with holes for the ports. A local plastics shop can cut the pieces to the right size, and with CAREFUL drilling (or a laser cutter) you can make the mounting holes. I've done this several times using my Glowforge, sometimes even using a nice piece of cutter-friendly wood to give a nice 70's look and to engrave something. I find the end result is quite resilient and better (IMHO) than 3D printing.

One of these days I want to build a "Byte Shop Style" case for it.  Instead of Koa (which is expensive) I'd just make it out of aspen and plywood.  I'd probably put a clear acrylic top on it so I can see my handiwork.

Any chance someone with better woodworking skills (and tools) than I might make a small run of cases?
