I am wondering if there is an older version of this software that would be compatible with Mac OSX Version 10.6.8? If so, can someone allow me to access it? I was hoping to download the software for a course I am taking.

Hi Katie,

Unfortunately, we don’t keep old versions laying around. Maybe its time to upgrade ;) ? I think 10.9 (Mavericks) is free!

I could not open the OpenMeta[Analyst] after updating my Mac OS X Mavericks to newer version of Mac OS X Yosemite.
Please provide updated version at the earliest. I have some data that needs to be presented after meta-analysis.

Thank you for providing the free software. 

I am currently using OpenMeta[Analyst] for my systematic review and meta-analysis.

For the continuous data, we can use the calculation function to calculate change from baseline scores and SD. I wonder if you can provide the formula that is used for this function especially how the SD of the change score is calculated? The SD calculated by this function tends to be very large that affects the significance of the outcomes.

Did you know how the calculation is done in the end? Or what solution did you use to make the calculation? I have a similar problem (2 groups with pre and post measures) and have trouble calculating effect sizes and SE...
