Assistance Needed: Study Weights Not Displaying in Meta-Analysis on Windows 10

I hope this message finds you well. I am currently conducting a meta-analysis using OpenMeta[Analyst] on a Windows 10 system. However, I have encountered an issue where the weights of the studies do not appear in the results after I run the analysis.

I have carefully checked my data entry, but the problem persists. I would appreciate any guidance or advice you could provide to help resolve this issue.
