unable to use Open Meta-analyst

Dear sir,

this is to inform you that I am facing a serious problem since the last 6 months of not being able to use Open Meta Analyst software on my Macbook Air. Although I am able to open the software on my MacBook....but once I put the outcome name and submit Openmetaanalyst gets shut down and after a few seconds I get an error message, screenshot of which is attached below.

Kindly help me out as I am unable to perform many statistical analyses because of this issue. Hope to hear from you soon.
