Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am encountering an issue with running the Meta-Analyst software on my device. When I attempt to open the program, the following issue occurs: error message, program not responding, or opening.

I have already tried the following steps to resolve the problem: attempting to run it on a different device.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I can take to identify the cause or fix the problem.
