Problem for Diagnostic Meta-analysis

Dear Editor,

After running analysis, this notification (shown in figure) will appear, but after clicking on ok, nothing happens and the software does not ask the methods!

After clicking on next, this notification will be shown again and nothing else will happen!

Would you please explain what is the problem with software!?
