Position Description: 

• Develops new, custom web applications using modern web development tools, technologies and frameworks 
• Provides maintenance and support services on legacy web applications 
• Performs all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) 
• Able to work with minimal supervision to deliver a quality software product on time and on budget 
• Able to work independently and with a team 
• Knack for writing clean, readable and easily maintainable code 
• Possesses clear, concise verbal and written communication skills 
• Possesses a high regard for customer satisfaction 
• Maintains a positive, can-do attitude, excellent reliability and attendance habits 
• Receives constructive feedback constructively 
• Should have excellent documentation skills 
• Local resident or willing to relocate to Sacramento as a condition of hire 

  

Technical Skills and Experience: 

• Expert level Visual Studio .NET and C# experience 
• Expert level JavaScript experience 
• Extensive, recent experience with all of the following: ASP.NET 5.0, MVC 5.0, .NET CORE, CORE API, Bootstrap, SQL Server Database, SQL server reporting services, SQL server integration services 
• Knowledge of and experience with SOAP and REST web services, including experience with Microsoft WCF 
• Experience with SharePoint Server 2019 
• Experience with Team foundation server 2018 

Additional Skills Considered a Plus 

• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA) 
• Experience in training other developers with latest technology.
