I have added the SDXF library to the DXF libraries list.
It's a python module, written by Stani (who wrote the SPE editor), for
creating DXF files from any pyhton application or script. It lacks a
bit of documentation but is quite simple to use.

Great but it seems it´s only a DXF writer??.
I think this library can be useful for thancad and python people.


I have little Ruby code for read some kind of DXF entities, but it´s
incomplete, only made it for a little job.
Anyway, I think DXFlib from Qcad it´s really quick and it would be
great create new bindings using this lib. Many people are using Swig to
create bindings:

DXF format sucks and a low level library in C or c++ is great.
