topics for next meeting

Unfortunately the meeting got cancelled. The following are topics
needed addressing, collected from the field.

1. The process to get the SVN write access for individual contributor
So far we don't have a real "individual contributor" in the community.
Also there is no formal process for individual contributor who wants
to check in code. For the student@UNSW, he needs to be the contributor
at first.

2. The process to create SVN branch for open64-based projects
In general, it's better to host this kind of projects in open64 SVN.
So the problem is who can create the branch and what's the process if
one wants to create branch but doesn't have the permission.

3. The CTI has been checked into the SVN. Is the OSG considering to
set up an open64 compile farm based on CTI?
