Server freeze after Bad_SecureChannelClosed

Hello,
I have a problem with the open62541 (build of version 1.3.11 as 32bit dll for Windows)
About 50 clients (Siemens PLCs) connect to an open62541 server. After some time (about two days) I often see the message on the server:
Bad_SecureChannelClosed (code=0x80860000, description=“The secure channel has been closed.”)
The server then becomes slower and slower until it seems to freeze.
Do you have a tip for me what I can change to avoid the problem?
