Github CI Offline -- Status and Ongoing Work

Dear all,

Our Github CI has been disabled at the end of last week.

We are taking the necessary steps to get back on track.

Since we run a lot of CI tests we overran the limits of our unpaid account in the last month.

We have now switched to a paid Github account for the organization.

We will let you know when this has been resolved.

Dear all,

We are moving our CI infrastructure from Github Actions to CircleCI.

Github is not responsive - also for commercial (paid) accounts.

The most important runs are already active on CircleCI - so there should be no further hindrance to ongoing development.
