Historical database file

Hello, I have created an OPC server with open62541 enabling historical data access. I can visualize the historical data in UAExpert correctly. But, I would like to know where is physically located the database that stores that historical data, I am a bit confused. Thank you. Regards

With the current historical data base, values are only stored in RAM.

There is a separation of the historical database backend.

But nobody has gotten around to making file-based alternative so far.
