We are getting to the point of needing to migrate your proposals into the Github Issue trackers for each of the projects. Before we really dig into coding, we should take a little time to migrate the features described in your proposals into workable issues.
Using the issue trackers in this way will let us have an idea of what needs to be done and how the project is progressing. I've started adding a few of these issues into each project, but we definitely need to add more.
Abhiroop, we need to decide where we're going to store the code for your project as well. It should be on Github somewhere. It might even be best to work the code into the uReport repository, instead of a separate repository. We should discuss that a little more, when you get a chance.

I was also thinking about storing the code on GitHub. But I was not able to come to a conclusion as to where on github it should be. I think there other server implementations also such as GeoReport v2 server by Miami-Dade County and GeoReport v2 server by Diptanu. There may be more server implementations in future. I think it would be better if GeoReporter SMS is not bound or appears to be bound to uReport since functionally it will not be. If this can be ensured, I don't have any issues with it being in the uReport repo. But since I don't have much experience with GitHub, I cannot say.
