2010 Goals?

This list (and committee) seemed to have really slowed lately. I'm not really sure how, but I stumbled across the old google moderator page [1] discussing our 2010 goals started by EHL. Two notable deliverables, at least for this infrastructure committee, are some sort of "license-picker" and a "foundation management system" [2]. Is there still in interest in providing some sort of infrastructure like this?
