I have received a bill from CSC for $356. This is for statutory representation required by law for companies without offices in Delaware. I paid this myself the first year and I believe DeWitt paid this for last year. I am not sure why I received the invoice given my name should have been removed from the records, but oh well.

 

You can reach CSC’s billing department at 302-636-5450. Reference account number 7666414, invoice 72973027. Payment is due 7/12.

Oops -- I believe it is my fault that Eran's name is still on this.  I started the transfer process but got hung up on a detail at CSC at the time, and I realize now that I never went back and completed it.  I'll reach out and apologize to Eran for not following through.
