Hi Larry,
Mike and I are both focused on this this week.
We haven't heard back on the one request we made when we last spoke -- the statement of principles etc. Is that something you can help us get so we have that in mind as we pull together the draft?

Hi everyone,
Thanks for the call and discussion. This seems very promising, we look forward to exploring ways to collaborate in this very important space.
In an attempt at being proactive on scheduling a f2f, the first available dates for a meeting in SF for me would be the week of April 5th. March is a busy travel month for me unfortunately.
Looking forward to further follow up over the next few weeks.
Regards,
Diane

Thanks everyone. Let's plan on talking on Friday at 11am Pacific. For background, I've attached the approved Open Web Foundation Agreement (OWFa), which is intended for stable and implementable specifications, and the current working drafts of two contributor license agreements, which are intended to cover working drafts. There is also an FAQ available at http://wiki.openwebfoundation.org/How_to_use_the_agreement and some additional background at http://standardslaw.com/?p=46.
We can use the conference call information below.
Looking forward to speaking to you all.

Thanks everyone. I'm definitely looking forward to the conversation. I've proposed a few times for us to talk here - http://doodle.com/i9msbgafrpxa9vz9. Hopefully we can find a time that works for everyone.

Hey Mike and Joi,
Thanks again for the time two weeks ago and sorry that I sucked so bad at followup. We're really excited about continuing to explore how the legal work we've been doing this past year could align with the CC.
I'd like to introduce you to David Rudin and Larry Rosen who co-chair our legal committee. I think that it would make sense for a few of us to get on the phone later this week and talk through the agreement we've created and the philosophy behind it.
If you haven't seen it already, you can find the deed at (http://openwebfoundation.org/legal/) and the agreement at (http://openwebfoundation.org/legal/agreement/). It's been used already by Facebook, Google, Microsoft and Yahoo!.
We're also working on drafting a CLA style agreement for contributors to sign before participating within a new effort. Its two main goals are to establish some copyright rights and set that the OWFa is non-negotiable at the end. Rudin can point you in the right direction for it.
Thanks,
--David
