It's that time of year. Its $55 - how does the board wish to pay for this?

The next one is in July around $350 for the company representing us in the state of Delaware.

It would also be good if someone can ask a corporate accountant if there is anything else we need to do with regard to our accounting.

I can pick the $55 up again, unless people feel we should do something else for some reason.  Eran, I'll coordinate with you off list to get the info.

For the $350, sounds like we can add a budget item to the agenda for the upcoming meeting?

Thanks DeWitt for you generosity (as always). I have no problem taking you money J but it would be great if we can diversify our sources of contributions beyond the two of us…

 

As for the $350, as soon as we bring money into the foundation and pay directly from the foundation account, we will need a budget for bank fees, accountant, tax preparation, etc. I am guessing we are looking at a couple thousands a year (maybe one of the OpenID board members can share the OpenID costs for this).

 

If we end up bringing money in for other purposes, this will not be an issue, but I would rather we do our best to avoid getting funds directly into the organization for this purpose alone.

 

Sounds like an agenda item for the meeting.
