Proposal for SDCH protocol available for review

Hello all:

If you would like to see how the open-vcdiff package may be used to
compress pages sent via HTTP, please take a look at the white paper
describing Shared-Dictionary Compression over HTTP (also known as
SDCH, or "Sandwich"). The white paper has just been released for
review, and can be downloaded from:

It contains an Appendix which highlights some features of open-vcdiff.
