Updated Finnish translation and request to update imports

Hi,

Attached is updated Finnish translation of open-tran. Completes the translation and should fix issue 16. [1]
The modified files are from trunk/server/fi in SVN. Please say if I missed another file that had translations.
help.html was renamed to opaste.html. Images and CSS aren't here, because they don't need changes.
Corrected Finnish translation for "Translation suggestions" is "Käännösehdotukset".

Also, would it be possible to update the project imports because
"Latest import was created from the sources updated on December 25, 2010."
is more than a year ago and I take it this means that search results are
one-year-old translations, many of which might have changed.
