I was looking on the ftp site of open-tran for the software to use
open-tran in offline mode. However it seems that all of the tarballs
have a size of 0MB and as such do not link to anything to download.
Hoping to use this in offline mode (it's faster).

Fixed.

But I'd rather recommend fetching the sources directly from svn -
http://code.google.com/p/open-tran/source/checkout
