PRB: 404 querying Italian language and about alignment

Dear open-tran.eu,

I'm writing you from Shanghai after discovered your great website and services.

However, I have the big problem that I can't query the Italian language from here, getting a 404:

using a webproxy all is fine, and the problem exists with the Italian language only.

I would also ask you if any alignment of the translations already exist somewhere.
