Hello,
I would like to know how I can translate the website into Turkish. I looked for a guide, and I found a few things in this group but I just want to be sure. So, please provide me the English files (I found a .tar.gz file but I am not sure whether it is the latest one for the UI of website. Also, do I need to use ISO 8859-9, Unicode or UTF-8 encoding while translating? Apart from those, is there any specific thing that I need to know?
