Help regarding JSP SERVLET

hy,

I am creating one project its a web based application.

I am having "PARAN(£)"  value to sent on servlet.

When i get this parameter its value change to "PARAN(£)".

Can any show the way for this ?

You need to set Character Encoding the the header to UTF-8 and I think one more parameter, I don't recall.
